I’ve just arrived in Sydney last Saturday on a 408 visa and I’m currently working full-time at DNEG as a Lead Compositor (AUD $155K/year, 2-year contract). I can provide my employment contract and all supporting documents.
I’m looking for a short-term lease from May 2nd to June 20th, as my wife will be joining me in June and we will then look for a long-term apartment.
A bit about me:
- Previously based in Montreal, where I was a homeowner for 6 years
- Excellent references (including Airbnb reviews and recommendation letter)
- Non-smoker, no pets, quiet and very respectful tenant
I understand the short-term nature may require flexibility. I’m happy to discuss terms and can pay the bond and rent as soon as my first salary is received (within a very short timeframe).
I’m available for inspection anytime this week and can move in quickly.
