I'm a brazilian girl moving to Sydney for a postgraduation at UTS. I'm entending to work as much as possible, so probably won't be spending much time at the house. I'm a very clean and organized person, so you won't see my stuff all over the place. I love to cook, netflix and travel. I won't have any pets at Australia, but am an animal lover, so it won't be a problem if you have one :)
Hey! I'm a very optimistic and easy going person, always up for anything! I have to admit I can be a bit messy at times, but I have no problems in adapting myself to other people's personalities and habits. Love partying, exercising, meeting new people. Very much of a life enthusiastic!
We are searching some place near to the city or near to transportation. We are clean, chill out, and friendly people. I'm student and my girlfriend working holiday visa.
Im a people person, i love to be social and i enjoy my 'ME' time also so I Live a balanced lifestyle, I pay my bills on time, clean, tidy and respectful. I like to keep fit, go adventuring and being spontaneous, shopping, wine and dining. I love the city life and I love the beach life!! Im looking to live with no more than 2 other people who are also clean tidy and respectful, I would prefer my own bathroom, I have a small car as well. If ya got what im looking for please contact me!!! :D Happy searching!! xXx PLEASE NOTE: I am after a private room NOT a shared room, rent to be inclusive, would prefer own bathroom & no more than 2 others living in the property unless the house is big 😊 AM
I am self employed & a bit of a rolling stone. I travel constantly for work - 3 to 4 times per week as a general rule. Will consider up to $450 for perfect home, that makes me swoon & is a lil paradise - feel free to message me up to that, if you have a place you think ticks all the boxes for a social gal that likes urban & nature. I'm looking for a central home base, in the CBD, but also open to the lower noth shore (as far as Gore Hill). Also the Inner West, I like the Camperdown & Broadway areas, not sure about Newtown, but great flatmates could sway me to being certain its my next home hood. On my days off I'm about catching up on sleep, seeing friends & perhaps hanging with my cool new flatmates. I like a glass of wine or vodka. I do enjoy the occasional joint, but I'm about moderation - far to old to pull up well after any kind of indulgence or indulging. I watch interesting tv & utter commercial shit - my music taste is similar to my tv. I'm not keen to live with anyone ultra conservative, that is the traditional family values type. Gay, lesbian, bi, pans, trans, part time drag queen, demon in the sheets, non gendered, slightly twisted, slapper, green, gender neutral, blue, striped or polka dots - I don't care what race you are, if or how you label your sexuality or gender, as long as it makes you happy. I do mind if you like to believe in bigotry, racism, sexism, homophobia, descrimination or support hate, engage your rage or believe in a superior race. I'm not a tree hugging hippy or raving feminist, I am into equality, but I've got a really bad sense of humor than can push pc boundaries. I'm open to other opinions & not a jerk so you can tell me. I'm not a clean freak, but I am tidy. I don't want to live with a control freak, that has confused it witn OCD & self diagnosed themself a sufferer. I'm a go with the flow type & will occasionally leave something somewhere. I have a pet hate of moaning about a basic inconvenience for longer than it inconvenienced you. Well I wrote a bloody novel, could have just gone with something short, that said something that meant nothing, but sounded cool. If no one answers, I'm just deleting this & saying 'open minded female in 30's, self employed, dte, ktmp of all persuasions, seeks room in interesting household free of negativity. Home 3 or 4 nights most weeks, sometimes less. Slightly crazy, but saving to be eccentric.'
I'm moving up to Sydney for a new job in 3 weeks looking for a share house close to the city centre. Very tidy and friendly, hoping to find some great people to live with as i don't know many people in sydney :)
Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
Farid here from Mumbai, India. I am 29 and Civil Engineer by profession. Will be moving to Sydney on PR between 20th-25th July to look for a job. My name is Liam McNulty, I'm a 23 year old guy from Cambridge, England and I've been in Sydney for about a month. I'm currently working as an English Teacher at a training school for foreign learners as I'm trying to improve on my previous teaching experience which I gained working China for 1 year and a half. I'm an avid traveller and have lived in both Germany and China so I'd definitely say I put myself out there and love to meet new people and learn about new culture and backgrounds. My favourite pass times are having a beer, chilling out and having a laugh and going to the gym (after travelling the East coast I need to get back into one). I enjoy playing football, tennis and snooker and pool and would love to find a place that I can make a home.
My name is Justin, I'm from Perth. I have spent most of my life here growing up. I have travelled a number of places both overseas and in Australia and I'm now ready to move away from Perth. I currently work part time in a Bakery. I am quite an organised tidy person and I'm looking for someone that also likes to live in a clean space and will tidy up after themselves. I do enjoy a good night out at a bar or club every now and then. Also in my spare time I enjoy just relaxing with a netflix series or going out for meal or heading out on a bit of an adventure to explore somewhere new. I have a bucket list of things to accomplish and places to go, so overall just making the most of life and having some fun along the way! :) Sen is my close friend, he's from Taiwan on a working holiday. He is very easy to get along with, very friendly and someone that I have become quite attached to over the last 6 months or so lol. He is a Hairdresser. He has been living and working around Australia for over a year now but has not lived in Sydney yet. (We have only visited Sydney). We are both respectful of others privacy and noise levels. So that's pretty much us!! So if you like what you've read so far or are someone that that can relate well to our lifestyle and you think we would get along well together, please feel free to send a message. We can't wait to find someone and somewhere amazing to live!
Hey there! We are an easy-going couple that loves to live in a quite and respectful way. We are in Sydney because after university in Spain we wanted to improve our english. Hi there! I'm Cameron. I'm moving to Sydney from Melbourne for work. I recently got a job with a start-up company and have decided to leave my corporate job in Melbourne for a bit of a new adventure. I grew up in Queensland and went to Uni in Brisbane, I have also lived in Texas in the good old USA. I have lived in many share houses in my life with many different great people. I like to consider myself a very friendly, respectful and tidy housemate. I'm pretty into my sport, I currently play footy here in Melbourne and I enjoy both my NRL and AFL. I enjoy cooking and I'm pretty handy around the house too. I'm quite a sociable person and I'm always up for things like hitting the beach on the weekend, having a BBQ or sharing a few beers together after a hard week at work. I'm looking to move into a house with some friendly, easygoing, like-minded people. If you have a furnished room, that's even better! Looking forward to meeting you

Hi there, I'm a 22 y/o girl from Italy on Working Holiday Visa. I'm searching for a TWIN ROOM not far from the city, for around 3 months. I'm an open minded and really easy going person. I'm quite (most of the time!) and I will respect you, but I also like to share some moments of the day like having dinner together or a beer. Clean & tidy. Hi new flatmate 😊😊😊😊 Im Luisa, south american girl living in my 'big island' for the last 9 years so, I feel pretty confident with english speakers 😊😊😊 I work full time in Pyrmont in finance. My interests are around outdoor activities, keep fit, gym and eat healthy. My days of party hard are over but still can enjoy a glass of wine, going out for dinner or enjoy a live music band in the local pub. Im easy going, I like to keep things tidy and clean; I leave home early and back late because I do some sort of exercise before/after work. Im looking more than just a room, I like to talk and laugh but also respect other people privacy but i also enjoy a nice meal with some company.... My budget is between 300 to 370 pw incl bills 😆 I want to stay close to work (pyrmont) so looking for a place around 4 to 7km away.😉😉😉 I have a car so, flexible parking on street will be great. In terms of moving date, I believe I need to give 2 weeks notice but happy to pay double rent for one week while I move the stuff, Im looking to move sometime after or around 17.... 😕😕😕 Ooohhh and the size of the room is important, I need to put my bicycles in.... no worries I have sheets to protect the floor/carpet and a furnished bedroom will be a plus 😊😊😊
