I’m a 29-year-old female working full time and looking for a calm, clean, and friendly place to live. I have a steady routine and enjoy balancing work with an active lifestyle. Almost all of my free time is spent running, training at The Yard gym, catching up with friends, or enjoying a wine night or sunset walk/run along the espy.

I’m very clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I value a home that feels comfortable, peaceful, and well looked after! I’m social and easy to get along with, but I also appreciate personal space and downtime.

I also have a beautiful 9-year-old golden retriever who is gentle, well-behaved, and a huge part of my life. He’s very loving and would suit a dog-friendly household.
