Heyo!
I’m currently working as a courier/off-sider with Fantastic Furniture, and I’m looking to move closer to my depot due to recently losing my licence, so location is a major factor for me at the moment.

I’m easygoing and respectful to live with, and I’m mindful of noise and shared spaces—especially at night with music or other entertainment. I value a calm, drama-free environment and get along well with different types of people.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time at the gym or listening to music. I’m not really a party or gaming type, and I usually catch up with friends outside the house rather than having people over. The only exception would be my girlfriend visiting from New Zealand in August.

I don’t smoke, and rarely drink—especially not at home. I also don’t have any pets.

Cleanliness-wise, I’m naturally tidy and like to keep shared spaces in good condition. I’m not over-the-top, but I can’t live in a messy place either—think generally clean with the occasional dish near the sink, nothing crazy.

My sleep schedule can vary a bit, but when I’m working I try to be in bed before 11pm, so I’m respectful of noise at night.

Ideally looking for a place that’s relaxed, clean, and respectful—somewhere everyone gets along without it being a party house.
