Hello, I am an international student from China who is about to commence a postgraduate degree in Data Science at the University of Western Australia. If the room is suitable, I would be happy to, and would prefer to, rent it on a long-term basis until I graduate.
As for my personal habits, I do not smoke, drink alcohol or have any other unhealthy habits. I will do my utmost to respect and accommodate my flatmates’ lifestyles. However, I may look for some part-time work in the future to ease the financial burden; if I have evening shifts, I might return home a little later than usual. Should I return particularly late—for instance, after 10 pm (a situation I will try to avoid as much as possible)—I will ensure I keep as quiet as possible so as not to disturb my flatmates’ rest.
In short, I hope to enjoy a long-term, harmonious relationship with my flatmates.
