hi! i’m about to finish my last year in high school and I’m looking to move out next year somewhere closer to the University of Western Australia. I’m currently living with my parents in Midland, with my reason for moving out being to enjoy new opportunities. I’m polite and respectful of boundaries between roommates, but I’m also open to the new experiences and making new friends along the way :). I’m currently searching for part time work and trying to leave my job at Outback Splash in Bullsbrook, I’m an active individual who plays multiple sports and likes to socialise with friends often, and lastly I’m studying criminology and japanese studies at Uni. I’m often described as mature for my age and I’m prepared and willing to take on shared responsibility for the ownership and regulation of a house provided both parties understand the importance of relying on one another to get tasks complete. I’m looking for individuals around the ages of 17 to early 20s who are perhaps also studying or just needing a roommate to afford rent. Considering this is my first time living outside of home I’m somewhat flexible in price but preferred $100-200 a week own reasonable. Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live in a fairly central location NOR (Western Suburbs, Mount Lawley, Leederville etc). I'm about to finish my undergrad in History at UWA, and I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy (I play soccer and go to the gym, but enjoy all sports!). I absolutely LOVE music and arts so I would love to find people I can enjoy these activities with,too! I'm a bit of a hippie - I'm not the neatest person ever, but like to think that I'm a pretty good cook, and like to eat a mostly vegetarian diet (I'm not strict about it and I don't get upset at other people for eating meat). Politically, I am fairly left-leaning, an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, and support the Bla(c)k Lives Matter Movement (as well all should). It's also really important to me that my housemates are respectful of Mental Health as its something I'm very passionate about. A sharehouse with young, like-minded people would be perfect for me as I am quite laid back - I do like to have my own space, but I'm looking for more than just a bed in a house - I'm looking to make lifelong friends as well! I'm not a total party animal, but I do enjoy being in my 20s - I'm a plant mum, a pop culture geek and I'll turn up at any party/pub quiz/beer pong competition You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, and I like noise to be kept to a reasonably quiet level after midnight on weekdays. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine. I don't have any pets at the moment but there's nothing I love more than dogs so I would prefer a place where pets are considered! A bit of a yard with some grass is ideal! If you're looking for someone easy going who's always up for a TV/movie marathon, a craft night, a drink, a chat, a laugh, a quick dip at the beach, something outdoorsy, or a nap, I'm the perfect housemate for you!
