Hey, I'm Oli, a 25 year old UK PhD student. Just moved to Perth for 3 months for a placement at UWA, and I'm staying somewhere temporary until Friday 29th. Laidback and independent but also enjoy being social and drinking with housemates. Looking for a 3-month flat- or house-share, ideally with other similar people around my age. Look forward to hearing from you!
I am a bubbly young professional and work as a teacher in Claremont. I live a busy life and enjoy playing sport, going to the beach, travelling, hanging out with friends and cooking healthy meals. I have a Maltese/miniature poodle dog so I am looking for somewhere that is pet friendly. My ideal housemates would also be very clean, friendly and ideally own a dog so that they can keep each other company during the day.
I'm a 21 year old undergraduate from England, taking up a lab placement at UWA for the year. Looking for a fun place to live (somewhere that's within easy reach of UWA) with other students/working people of a similar age :)
I am an easy going individual who loves outdoor acitivities and the ocean (e.g. surfing, scuba diving). I am tidy and neat without being obsesive, hard-working but also enjoys to have fun and meet up with friend for drinks and any good plan
I'm a French PhD student, I'll start my PhD in September at UWA (it's about paleontology, but long before the Dinosaurs!). I love listening and playing music (I play the trombone in a student brass band), dancing (latino and swing), visiting new places, hiking, plant and bird watching, cooking, watching football games and chatting and having a beer with friends :) I'm usually a cheerful and talkative person. Depending on my activities and where my friends are I may spend more or less time at home. I'm looking preferably for a house with a garden, close to UWA (and the beach). I'd love to share with nice, sociable, active housemates. Definitely non-smokers (I've got asthma) unless it's outside the house and the smoke does not come in. Honestly I like lving in a clean house, but not necessarly very tidy (I can be a bit messy) and I want the domestic cleaning to be equally split between housemates (rolsters are great!). It's about being fair and respectful to all living in the house/flat. I'm easy going and easy to live with as long as we're all honest to each other. When something's wrong, it's better to say it ;) I lived in Canberra several months for research internships, I've visited many places in the country, but I've never been to WA! I'm excited to visit Perth and its surroundings :)
Coming over from England in November to play cricket in Perth. Will be looking to work Mon-Fri during my stay but also want to see what great things Perth has to offer.
Hi my name is Emily and I'm looking for a place to live. I study full-time at the Dental School at UWA. Uni keeps me busy but I do love to relax with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. I'm a social person who loves a good chat but I also like my down time. Ideally I'm looking to move into a place sharing with just 1 or 2 other people. I hope to here from you!
I am a PhD student in the UK and will be spending just over two months (late Sep - early Dec) in Perth to do visiting research at UWA. I am originally from Germany though I have lived in several places. I've lost the accent but, don't worry, kept the famous (and wonderfully endearing, I've been assured) German sense of humour. I am friendly and enjoy easy socialising, fun chats (from the mundane to the #deepandmeaningful), and a drink here and there, whether out or in. I respect other peoples' privacy and property and like the occasional time to myself. Ideally, I would love to live with people that I can hang out with during my stay in Perth.
Hi there, I´m Yvonne, a student from Germany looking for a room close to UWA. I´ll be at uni full-time doing research but like to spend my free time (so mainly weekends) at the outdoors, doing some rock climbing, diving or anything outdoors related really. Sharing a cold one after a long day at uni is also appreciated ;) I´m fairly easy to live with and like to socialise. I´m happy to help out around the house since I like a clean and tidy environment but I´m not a maniac for housework. Sharing meals wouldn't be a problem at all if that´s the go. As for my person: I´m 26 years old, currently doing my masters in mechanical engineering. This will be my third time in Australia though I never got the chance to fully enjoy Perth yet. Generally I´m an outgoing person so if there is anything else you want to know just shout it out!
We are looking for a room for only about 3 weeks. Then we are off to travel. We are not party people, however we like company. Most of the time we will be out anyway. It is short term, we would appreciate it a lot.
I am easy going, friendly and respectful of other peoples homes. I always help around the house and do my best to make sure everyone is happy and that responsibility is shared. I'm also super social and an early riser/sports fanatic working a fair bit so I'm out often.
This will be fun! I'm a post-graduate student at the end of my Masters in Psychotherapy at ECU. All my clinical work is done and I have elected to do a thesis to complete the degree. I was a Buddhist monk in WA for some years, ( meaning that I'm kind, honest, reliable) disrobing in 2008. I undertook a Phd at Adelaide University, but had to let it go as I didn't have a scholarship. I am quiet, read and write for the thesis, love philosophy, psychoanalysis, intellectual history, jazz and the classical tradition in Western music. I'm a well balanced individual whose belief is that one should be compassionate and sensitive to others, maintaining boundaries, speak gently, and behave accordingly. Oh, yes, I'm neat and considerate; essentially, I behave like an adult! I have a long history in martial arts; aikido and kenjutsu (Japanese swordsmanship), I was a bodyguard to the Dalai Lama of Tibet in Australia at one stage. And I am slowly getting fit. I also use boxing for fitness, and I cycle when I can get my head out of a book. Eventually, I shall establish a practice in Analytic Psychotherapy in Perth. I have superb references, and have lived in shared accommodation, both in the monastery, and since leaving said. Cheers.
Hoping to find some flatmates to share a house with. I am a 22 year old uni student who loves coffee and meeting new people. I love the beach and being outside! I am friendly and easy going and I love to chat and hang out but I also like my own time as well. I am looking to move in with house that are close to my age. I work part time and I am a full time english & journo student. Feel free to send me a message :)
Hi there! I'm a 19 year old Curtin student currently on a semester break from uni (returning in 2018). My current lease at Cockburn ends on the 6th of January 2018, however I am looking to move in somewhere with my brother mid-late Decemeber. We're both looking for two rooms in a team up situation around that time . We both have part-time/full time work to support us and have a fair bit of furniture and household stuff we are happy to share. If any of this sounds appealing to you, please don't hesitate to contact me! :)
Hi I work full time in the real estate industry. I have been working in property management and leasing for over 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. I need to live near Burswood Peninsula. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male & preferably the owner of the property). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes etc. I wouldn't want to spend more than what I already am ($180 per week including all bills). I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
G’Day! I’m Brad, a friendly, quiet, respectful, full-time working, 29 year old. I enjoy a bit of cooking, running, boardgames, and watching things on Netflix and Stan. I’ll have an occasional drink or two but I’m more of a homebody who keeps to himself. I'm tidy in shared spaces and happy to do my share of cleaning/gardening duties. Looking for an unfurnished room big enough for my queen bed, wardrobe, bookcase and desk.

Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.

I'm a 29 y/o accountant working in the city full-time and am looking to rent somewhere NOR in close proximity to work i.e. within 5km. I'm easygoing, respectful and tidy and am looking for housemate/s with similar characteristics. I would like a clean, modern place with a good sized, functional kitchen and would prefer my own bathroom, but am open to sharing a bathroom with one other. I also have a car so need 24h parking available. I would prefer to commit for 6 months to start with the option to extend to 1 year plus. I have included all of the suburbs I am interested in and am not open to living anywhere else at this stage so please don't reach out if your listing outside these areas :) Thanks!!
I like to keep to myself but also enjoy a quiet chat with a few wines, I'm a young gay man work in the technical end of the arts industry, I tend to work odd hours much like a hospitality worker. I'm a clean and tidy housemate who's always ready to have a laugh. I'm looking to live close to the city so I can be close by to work.
I love to be around people, but also enjoy my quiet time. I'm a tidy and considerate housemate, and have no issues with pulling my weight with chores. I also expect the same from the people I live with. I think what makes a great shared house is a culture of privacy, respect and communication. I really enjoy the sense of community that exists within a shared household.
