Jimmy

Hi everyone! My name is Jimmy, I'm 26 years old and currently work full-time as a Recruitment Consultant. I work in the office three days a week and from home two days a week.

A little about me – I'm clean, tidy, respectful and pretty easygoing. I really value a peaceful home and always do my part to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and spending time at the beach whenever I can.

I'm definitely more of a morning person than a night owl, so I enjoy a calm, relaxed home environment. I'm pet-free, and I'm always mindful of the people I live with.

I'm currently living in a share house in the western suburbs and genuinely enjoy it, but I'm looking for somewhere that's a little quieter and has less garden maintenance. I do want to try and stay around here as I have most my social activities around Dalkeith and North Freo. I'm not in a rush to move because I'd really love to find the right place rather than just the quickest one.

Ideally, I'm looking for a clean, cosy room or granny flat, close to public transport (commute to cbd) where everyone is respectful and enjoys a relaxed home environment. I don't mind whether I live with males or females, I currently live with guys but have also lived with girls previously and have always gotten along well with my housemates.

I'm hoping to stay until around August or September next year, as my partner and I are planning to move in together then. My boyfriend would ideally stay over 2–3 nights a week, so I'd love to find a home where everyone is comfortable with that.

My budget is up to $300 per week, and I would only need around two weeks' notice to organise a new lead tenant for my current room, as I want to make sure I don't leave my current housemates in a difficult position.
