Hello, I am currently looking for a room in Australia and am interested in your listing.

I would like to move in from May 15, and I was wondering if it would be possible to arrange a viewing.

I am a 27-year-old Japanese student. I arrived in Australia at the end of March and have been staying with a host family for the past 8 weeks. I am clean, tidy, and used to helping maintain a clean living environment, as I regularly helped clean my host family’s home.

My English is at a basic level, and I am currently attending a language school from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. After school, I plan to work part-time.

I am currently on a student visa and will be attending a language school until the end of December. My visa is valid until January next year, and I am hoping to stay long-term until then.
