I'm a respectful, easygoing tenant who keeps things clean, tidy, and low-fuss without needing reminders. I'm reliable with rent, communicate clearly and honestly, am considerate of shared space and noise. Im friendly and approachable, but not intrusive—someone who fits in naturally and makes living together feel simple, calm, and stress-free rather than complicated.

Relocating from Ipswich for a better work opportunity (support worker) and to be closer to my partner (must be okay with them visiting and occasionally staying over), looking for a 6 - 12 month lease with the option to extend if it's a good fit.

I come with my 7 year old cavalier King Charles who is quiet, kind and fully house trained, her favourite things are food, sleep and me in that order. So must be okay with dogs as she can be quite shy at first and she’s an inside dog. Happy for you to have a dog as well if they’re friendly, but can’t have cats as I’m allergic and my dogs not used to them.

I love arts & crafts, nature, walking, exploring new places etc. currently getting back into running and trying to live a healthier lifestyle, I have some house stuff/furniture already you’d mainly just need your room stuff, but if you also have house stuff that’s good too!
