Hi, I'm Kevin (51) and I have had a couple of years off from full time work and getting prepared to reenter the workforce once again. Looking for a room with somewhere round the Sth Perth area so I can stay close to friends I have there. I keep fairly quiet and to myself but not in a rude way and willing to clean up and not complain about it later.
I'm Perth born but have spent a significant amount of time working overseas (15 years) mainly in or near Beijing China.
Looking for short term place to begin then something more long term.
