My partner and I are interested in applying for the property. We are a couple currently living in Perth and looking for a long-term home close to the city. I work as a chef at a five-star hotel in the CBD while completing my postgraduate studies, and my partner works full-time hours in the food production industry.
We are quiet tenants with a clean lifestyle, no pets, and the property would only be occupied by the two of us. We have over a year of positive rental history with our current real estate agency and can provide references, payslips, and identification if required.
Our budget is up to $600 per week, and we are ideally looking to move in around May. We are hoping to find a place within about 15 minutes of the city.
