I currently work in before and after school care while also studying. Pretty easygoing to live with. I appreciate a clean, comfy home but I’m not intense about it. Just a clean up after yourself and we’re sweet kinda vibe 😅

I’m a qualified brow tech looking to start running a small lash and brow studio from home if possible. Currently studying lash extensions. I’d be looking to use a room closest to the front of the house to set up as my studio, while maintaining privacy to the rest of the home. If this is something that you can accommodate, I am offering to pay $400/week rent including bills. Also happy to offer you discounted services. If not, I can offer to pay $300-350/week rent including bills.

I love a nice beach walk, watching the footy (NRL), cooking, and I’m slowly getting myself back into the gym. I’m working on improving my social life so I don’t get the sads. But I do enjoy having chill time at home. I’m friendly, and always up for a chat or the occasional wine, but also respect personal space.

I’ve got two mini dachshunds, Kobi (3) and Lola (1), so I’m looking for a dog-friendly home. They’re both house trained, super cute, and used to being mostly inside. They sleep inside in their crates and are never left outside when nobody is home. Like most Dachshunds, they will let us know if we have visitors. I stay on top of them as best I can so they’re not a hassle. While I’m not against living with more than my two, I am mindful that real estates may not approve more than two dogs. So if you don’t have pets but have always wanted a doggo, as my housemate, you can borrow mine for cuddles 😍 they will love you!

I’m very easy to live with. I clean up after myself (and my dogs), and I’m happy to share things like lawns or split the cost of getting someone in.

I’d love a home where everyone gets along and has a good vibe. I’m always up for a chat or the occasional hangout, but also really respectful of personal space.
