Hey.

My name is James. I'm a 25-year-old part time Uni student studying Education at Petrie Uni. I currently live in a subletting situation paying rent in Mango Hill but looking to try and move closer to my folks while I finish my degree for health reasons.

I have been paying rent to my folks for the last 7 years so can provide bond and retrieve a letter of recommendation.

I cook, am respectable, tidy and I am always down to have a chat. Currently I do Uni twice a week though am often out doing my own thing or at home listening to my vinyl collection I've accumulated over the last 6 years.

I'm not religious though am Agnostic, and but religion doesn't bother me too much, and I lean centre-left politically wise.

I do require AC in the bedroom for health reasons as I suffer from an immune disorder.

Love music, play guitar and socialising online. Looking to find the right place for me with a budget of $380 or less preferred, a week including bills.
