I’m currently looking for a small place to rent and wanted to check if anyone in the community might have an unused granny flat, studio, or bungalow in their backyard that they’d be open to renting out. I'm also on the hunt for any lease transfers of studios/apartments.
I have several years of stable rental history, I’m tidy, respectful, and reliable with payments. My budget is around $300 per week (not including bills).
