Hello! 27 years old korean woman is looking for a room in north perth.

My budget is 250(bill included).
I'm looking for a Single room just for me.

I don't smoke and drink.
I'm not a party person too.

I have share house experiences in regional area. So i know the basic common rules of share house!

I recently got a job offer in osborn park so i would work 6:30am to 3pm.

Usually i cook once or twice a week, during the day off, i read a book and watch a movie in my room. Or go get some coffee.

Also i like running or jogging. I jog after work.
