My name is Talia, I’m 28 years old and I recently moved to Australia from France to start a PhD in microbiology.

I’m currently looking for a private room in a shared house near Curtin University, as that’s where I’ll be based during my PhD. I came across your listing and I’m very interested in the room.

A little bit about me : I’m friendly, easy-going, and very clean. I’ve lived in shared houses before, so I’m used to respecting common spaces and living with others. I’m really looking for a place I can call home, as I’ll be staying in Perth long-term :)

I’m ideally looking for a long-term stay, but I’m also open to starting with a trial period to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.

I’m already in Perth, so I’d be happy to arrange a viewing or a call at a time that suits you.
