I’m Nicolas, a 29-year-old guy. I’ve just started a full-time job based in Hazelmere, so I am now looking for a room in a quiet and respectful household, ideally around the eastern suburbs (Guildford, Midland, Belmont, Bayswater, or nearby).

About me:
I’m a calm, reliable, and easy-going person. Since I work full-time, I keep a pretty routine schedule during the week. In my free time, I love doing sports, staying active, and exploring Perth. Always down for a workout partner if you’re sporty too!
I've lived in shared houses before, so I’m very mindful of cleanliness and I always make sure to keep common areas tidy and respect everyone's space.
