Hi, my name is Sam. I'm 23. I grew up in Australia. I'm from a rural town but I've moved to Brisbane 5 years ago. I’m looking for a new place as my current one is being renovated and my contract can’t be renewed. I've always been a very tidy and clean person. I have consist income. I work part-time in retail and I also have my own business. I can provide rental history or refferal. I don't cook often, I usually order pre-cooked meals. I'm not a party person but I like to go out to the pub to get a few drink every now on then.
