We're both clean, respectful and easy-going, and we like keeping shared spaces tidy and calm. We're exchange students, one from Germany, one from Mexico, both studying and working part-time alongside that, so we're out of the house a fair bit. In our free time we love surfing, running, and going to the gym — always up for a chat or a coffee too, but we also respect everyone's own space and quiet time.
