I’m a first-year computer science student at UNSW who is quiet, respectful and pretty low‑key during the week. I’m clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces, and I’m used to living with others in student accommodation, so I’m good with house rules and being considerate. I mostly spend my time studying, at uni or at the gym, so I’m not a party person and I really value a calm, friendly home. I’m reliable with rent and bills, easy to communicate with, and I’m keen to live with people who are friendly, clean and respectful too.
