Looking for 2x rooms, for myself (F,24) and a friend (F,27). We are moving from a small town in NSW. We are looking for a housemate/s in similar age bracket (20-30) that we can hopefully become friends with! Ideally we will be moving on the 14th July or slightly earlier, and hoping to stay for 6-12 months. The most amount we are comfortable paying is up to $300 each or $350 including bills. We both enjoy a clean and well kept space and will happily contribute to maintaining the house. We will both have full time jobs, so nights will be quiet and we will be at work during the days. We both enjoy having friends over/ going out on the weekend (not every weekend), so somebody who doesn’t mind or wants to join in would be amazing!!
