I travel a lot, am financially responsible, have my own car and ideally looking for one other house mate for a 3br house (preferably) or apartment within a 20 min ride from West Ryde for a long lease.

I love practicing yoga, spirituality, healing, photography, plants (I have many and would love if you love plants too), and enjoy a laid-back 420 friendly lifestyle (no cigs). I’ve recently gotten into cooking and don’t see myself stopping so a good kitchen is definitely desired. My work keeps me traveling a lot and is in adult work, so, open and non-judgmental people are my kind of people. Eventually will change but for now I’m happy ✨ I don’t really go clubbing but love a good festival or going out for activities. Wine and paint nights are a must as well! When I'm not working, I’m watching movies, dancing, or planning my next travel adventure. I have a partner who will be around sometimes, and occasionally stay the night - I don’t mind if you’d have one too. We are all mature adults and preferably a spacious house helps us feel like we all have space to roam.

My home is always very clean (seriously), organized (very), and welcoming (alwayyys) - the perfect space for relaxation and good vibes 🤙🏽 It's not a party house, but open to friend gatherings with communication. Let’s work together to have a beautiful home. I aspire a comfortable and respectful environment where everyone feels at peace.

I have a ton of furniture, although not everything. I’m not into the minimalist look - I love color, art, plants, deco and not necessarily vintage but just unique looking stuff ✨ I’m into low lighting, light strips, natural light (so windows in the house is a musttt) and glowy string lights.

I’m doing a partner visa, so I’m looking for a long term lease, preferably one or two years. Maybe even three! Who knows - let’s see how good of a house we can land! Negotiable for weekly rent. I’d prefer starting a new lease vs joining an already existing share house. So let’s meet up and start inspecting together!✌🏽
