Hello there! I am international student of Master of Project Management at Sydney Uni, am living more than 1 year in Aus (same house) and now am looking for a new one (private room and long stay). Very responsible, friendly, clean and tidy person and I don´t have any problem to pay the rent on time. I love a good chat when the time allows it, share experiences and talk about whatever from the sun until your supermarket list. Have a good life! See you :) Eyby
Hey there! I’m looking for a : -New clean house/apartment -Inc bills preferred -long term stay (years and years) -looking for the RIGHT place to live I’m a friendly, outgoing, social and fun-loving person :) I like music, travelling, beach and adventures :) Please only message me if you think we’d get along :)
Hi people i'm Danny, i am in Sydney by myself and i am working full time, i usually work anywhere from 50 - 65 hours a week so i am usually never home during the day, i am looking for someone that cleans up after themselves and is easy to get along with. Work is really important to me and i'm not really into the party scene anymore so it would be good to find someone that is a workaholic like me and doesn't make too much noise. When i'm not working i like cooking, skating, sleeping and the beach. I don't really like the idea of living with lots of people so i'd like to live with 1 or 2 people max.. long term preferred.
I am 61 and am looking to semi retirement as I have started up a small business. I work full time as a delivery driver. I am into self development and making a difference to others. I like to go for day trips once a month.
Hi :) I'm Fred, 23 years old, freshly graduated and will be relocating from Adelaide to Sydney for full time work in the CBD as a graduate lawyer. I'm quiet, tidy and considerate. I love animals, and am passionate about my nerdy hobbies :) Ideally, I am looking to share an apartment within Inner or surrounding suburbs, with convenient public transport to the CBD. I would mostly consider myself an introvert, and so do value both your privacy as well as my own. With that being said, I do treasure meaningful friendships and thoughtful conversations! To give you an idea of my personality, some of my favourite films include: The Intouchables, Drive, The Place Beyond the Pines, Memento, and of course all of the classics like Forrest Gump and Shawshank Redemption. Please shoot me a message if you have a suitable apartment, or if you're also hunting for apartments and think we'd be a good fit!
Hey! I just moved to Sydney from Perth. I'm currently doing my masters and working to kickstart my startup at the same time. I'm super chilled and easy to get along with. I make it a point to keep everything in the house clean and tidy. Definitely someone who respects the privacy of others. I love soccer, travelling, technology, social entrepreneurship, reading, music and movies! Room preference - Looking for a private room with my own bathroom (en-suite). Since I drive, I also need a parking spot. And most importantly, decent internet!! Please let me know if there's any additional information you'd like to know!
Hi! My name is Lizzie, I'm 21 and studying a Bachelor of Ancient History full-time at Macquarie University. I've lived out of home before so I know the drill. :) I live in Canberra at the moment, but am looking to move up to Sydney (either near Macquarie Uni or near public transport that’ll take me there, listed suburbs are just ideas) in late April/early May, until mid July with the possibility of staying the rest of the year. I’m generally pretty quiet, a bit of a hermit and I like my own space, but I’m also very friendly and don’t mind a chat or to hang out occasionally. In my free time, I play video games and other dorky stuff like that. And of course, you can have access to my consoles if you like, but I warn you, I’m a demon at Mario Kart! :) I’m currently in the process of cutting down and quitting smoking. When I do smoke, I try to be considerate about it. I NEVER smoke indoors (or even near open windows/doors) or in the vicinity of non-smokers, and I keep my space clean. I try not to smell of smoke, either. Am happy to wander down the street to do it if smoking on the property isn’t permitted. Other than that, I’m pretty easy to live with. My party days are behind me, I just enjoy an occasional glass of wine. Very happy to share meals or catch up every now and then, and to give you space when you need it. I'm also fine with living with children and am happy to babysit (I worked in childcare for three years!). Pets are definitely fine with me, but I can’t live with cats, I’m deathly allergic. I clean up after myself, particularly in common areas. Furnished room would be helpful but not a requirement. Own bathroom would be a huge plus, happy to pay a bit extra for one. Not wanting to share a bedroom, sorry. I receive a regular income and my scholarship pays for most of my other expenses so you don't have to worry about my rent/bills being paid on time! Well, I think that’s it! Any questions, send me a message. Hope to find my new home soon! :)
Single mum who works fulltime and studies parttime while raising my 22month daugher her currently goes to Little Zaks Academy on Porter Street from 7am-6pm I currently work at Johnson and Johnsons medical in Macquaire Park off Lane Cove my hours are 7.30am-4.30pm on week days. I am looking for somewhere that is more comfortable then sharing a room with another mum and her teenage daughter, I currently pay $150 per week. I have been in the country only 4months, after graduating with a Diploma in Hospitality Management, I am currently studying for my Bachelors in Arts and Science in Hotel Management, Events Management and Tourism. My daughter is addicted to her portable dvd player and tablet, she herself is self sufficient during the evenings after a 11 hour day at daycare, so once the sun goes down its dinner, bath and bed as mum has to study for 2 hours an evening while she occupies herself till 9pm which is her bedtime, this is our routine during weekdays. Weekends are usually spent out and about checking out the local attractions and parks, she loves the pools on Saturday and on Sunday we attend the 10.30am service at C3 Church Ryde, then its Monday all over again :) we are looking for something around daycare in Porter St, and Macquaire Park near my work, we only require 6 months stay as this is how long I have worked out the budget to prepare for our own place. I feel the current accommodation is not sufficient enough to raise my little girl in, she is everything to me and finding us a home with sufficient personal space for the both of us is paramount and the most important goal in my life right now to achieve saving for our own place near Top Ryde, whilst having the proper space to raise my daughter in is my top priority. I am a qualified chef for 10 years so I am a great cook apparently, I am very fussy about cleaning matters, which is a problem for me where I currently live. I have no problem with gardening or helping out with commonly shared areas (cleaning the toilet and bathroom) or vacuuming, I do not drive so dont require parking space.
I am a PhD student in philosophy at MQU. I'm 29 years old, originally from Istanbul and used to be a professional journalist. This is my second year in Sydney and I'm currently looking for a room in a homelike environment with responsible, tidy and friendly housemates. I will be quite busy with my thesis writing, but being friends with my housemates and widen my horizon socially in this lovely city is also something I would like to have.
Im a chill person to live with, I'm clean and tidy....and yes that means two different things. I'm relaxed and enjoy most things. Movies, food, chats, a bit of sports and even the outdoors. I'm completing my masters and working studying so I’m usually busy.
I'm quiet, chill and constantly trying to be considerate. Studying Media Production in UTS, I'm keen on talking about movies, literatures and all the interesting stuffs. Being a video gaming hoe for years, owning a PS4 and currently working on Assassin's Origin, I'd love somebody spending gaming time with me. I don't cook a lot and obsessively keep things clean. I believe communicating is vital between people who live together and bond together.
I am friendly, down to earth and social but also respectful of privacy. I work full time in the city as a rehab consultant which keeps me busy during the week, I’m also quite active with outdoor running & yoga. Most weekends I am out; about visiting family & friends. I am looking for a nice place, with a bit of a backyard or courtyard for my little rescue dog Nacho. He’s very good, a older gentleman who mostly sleeps or lazes outside in the sun. He is great with other animals, especially cats.
Hi my name is Nadine I'm a 27 year old female & I am seeking a flatmate in a share house as I have relocated from Newcastle to Sydney. I consider myself as a clean and tidy person, i am easy going and social and occasionally on a weeknight will wind down with a glass of wine. I am currently working full time in payroll for NSW Health located in Parramatta. I love to try new things on weekends, whether it's an adventure, new restaurants, bars and walking tracks. I am a lover of fashion, coffee, comedies and music If I am not at work, I will be at the gym or anywhere with food or visiting family and friends in Newcastle. I am a non smoker and have no children. I would like a housemate that I can have a chat and a laugh with. I am looking to move around April or late March and preferably share with one other person
Hi! My name is Bilal. I'm a recent university graduate, now working fulltime. Looking for a place to stay in the Homebush/Olympic Park/Strathfield/Epping/Ryde/West Ryde/Meadowbank area. Ideally, I want a place where it’s easy to get to both the city and parramatta. I'm clean, organised and have always been happy to do my bit around the house. My interests include video games, sports, cooking and travelling. I'm a relaxed, and sociable person. I'm happy to have a chat, but I don't mind giving people their personal space either. I'm not much of a party person so I definitely will not be making a lot of noise around the house :) In terms of the place I'd like to live: Private Room, Walking distance to public transport (train station preferable), New/ Modern Apartment/house Preferred, clean and easy-going house, parking available (street parking is fine as long as its free). I'm willing to consider all offers, so if you have any accommodation that fits my criteria, feel free to contact me. I can stretch my budget for the right place. Cheers!
I work as a behavioural therapist part to full time. And I’m studying pathology at tafe, ready to do a degree, I have the means to live alone, I just need a little company for my dog as I’m out of the house a lot, I still walk him twice a day but it would be nice to know someone’s at home around him while I’m at work. I recently live alone in Rhodes, and I’m quite happy to live anywhere As long as there’s some nice parks and not more than 50mins from the city.
I'm Marco! Originally from Brazil but I grew up in NZ since I was 6. I moved Sydney about 10 years ago, and now I'm looking for a new place with awesome housemates as I've just gotten a new job. My preferred suburb would be in the north ryde, marsfield or eastwood. During the week, I work as a surveyor for a landing company (I started in this company in November last year). During the week end, I am a dad of a 6-year-old daughter. She lives with her mother in Newcastle but I get to spend most of the weekend with her. Some weekends however I might stay in Sydney. In day to day life, I'm a laidback dude. I do enjoy my rugby (All blacks baby!), video games, and an occasional party! Looking for similarly aged people with a relaxed mindset that don't mind having a beer or two in the evenings and talk about random stuff. I lived in a share house previously and know that cleanliness is important therefore I keep the place as tidy as I can. If you think I suit your criteria please shoot me a message! Cheers, Marco
Hi I'm Matt, About me: I'm moving to Sydney to study my Masters in Physiotherapy. I'm into my sport, keeping fit, Netflix, gaming. Looking for a single room, closer to Macquarie university is plus. Happy to team up as well.
I cook! Though not a clean freak, I like a clean house, especially the kitchen (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores - a vege' patch? Currently working as a Sydney Harbour tour guide on the TallShips as well as The Blue Mountains with the company based in Gladesville. I love the smell of Real coffee anytime ..... Sport interested and active. Training for the Masters Games next year. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting - in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture. Am into education, having just finished studying eco/sustainability with Inner West Councils. Looking to do something (??) at Ryde TAFE next year. The above photo is of The Sydney Harbour Pirate show that I did for the Tallships. I am offering "useful and encouraging" words to the Captain. Hope this helps TIA - Keegan
I am a Chartered Accountant by profession, working for a multinational company in north west Sydney. I'm very tidy, relaxed, non smoker and would love to live in a quite place close to my work. I'm love travelling, hiking, photography... and have traveled to 28 countries so far. Looking forward to move in asap.
