I’m an Irish Aussie, work in construction as a civil engineer so most of my weekdays are spent either at work or in bed. Love hiking, most sports, reading, going for coffee, cooking, a Friday evening glass of wine. Moving to Sydney from north coast for work, have lived in my own for a year, keen to find a partner in crime to share with again
Hey! I’m my second year of a Bachlor of Law and International Studies at Macquarie Uni and working part time. I’m looking to move to a lil place closer to uni with someone around my age. I’m easygoing, clean and enjoy hanging out with other people but respect privacy and like having time to myself 🥰
Full time employee in Luxury fashion. PC gamer. Prefer to do own meals then eat takeout. Always up for a chat but perfectly happy left to own devices. Weekends should see me skateboarding or seeing family so shouldn't be in anyone's way. OCD for cleanliness. A bit of mess I can survive but if it passes a point I reserve the right to clean everything without notice.
Me and my friend work for an IT company near Miller's point. We are looking for a 2bhk house from Mar-14th to at least 6 months.
I am happy, easy going and enjoy meeting new people but also value quiet time to myself. I’m shortly moving to NSW to work in health services in a project management role looking for a short term rental to get settled in Sydney while I explore more permanent accommodation. Looking to live with house mates or a studio apartment.
Hey! We are an Australian, adventure loving couple who enjoy going out and being social. Pretty easygoing, friendly, love a good laugh and the occasional drink. Chris works full time near Macquarie Park, and Natalia works full time travelling all over Sydney!
Extremely laid back and easy going, love my personal space but am also keen for a social yarn whenever. Looking for anywhere around Sydney really. Something that is nothing more than a 45 minute train ride to the city, ideally less.
Looking for a group of girls and/or guys to move out together to a new shared placed. I have almost all required furniture for a living room including a TV and couches and kitchen utensils and equipment. Hi, my name is Harry, I’m a professional Chemist (9~5) working in lane cove. As for my lifestyle, I don’t smoke, I don’t bring people home and I barely cook. I like a quiet room with a lot sunshine. A car park is also required.
Hey there I'm new to Sydney and have a job in Concord. I'm a very independent and relaxed person who does Yoga and watches really bad TV in my downtime. Looking for respectful and easy living conditions with no hassles in a clean environment. Cheers Mel
I'm Douglas, but most people call me Doug or Dougie. 24 yrs old Working professionally as a Search Engine Marketing Account Manager working at a Digital Marketing Agency, with regular 9-5 hours. Basically clicky stuff. Bit of an introvert with extroverted tendencies. Certainly enjoy a drink but not much of a partyer. Currently in a long-distance relationship with my partner, so might be away a weekend every so often. Will happily talk about video games and cars all day, given the opportunity. Own a car, and more than happy to play taxi. Plus thinking about getting a motorbike to commute. Looking for somewhere to call home and isn't too far from work.
Little about me, I'm born in Hong Kong but have been living in New Zealand for over 27 years. I have only moved to Australia 6 month ago for work and I'm currently living with a family friend. I have graduated in both Nutrition and Health and Safety and currently working as a protection officer in the Sydney trains network (What I do is basically making sure workers don't get hit by trains while they are working on track). I work 5-7 days a week with 8-12 hour shifts morning and nights (yes it's quite a bit). I play quite a bit of sports, from badminton to snowboarding to scuba diving I do the lot. So anyways this is a bit about me but if you have anything you would like to know please ask as I am happy to answer.
I’m friendly, fun and a little nerdy. I don’t smoke or drink and I make sure to clean up after myself. I enjoy Photography, Computers and board/card games. ( I don't mind video games either ) I work full time during the day and am also usually out on weekends. ( I go to church on Saturday ) ⠀ I’m also looking for people who don’t smoke, prefer to live with non drinkers or at least people that can keep it casual/respectful at home. I am quite sociable and would love to have company to enjoy and get along really well with but I am also respectful of peoples space, privacy and needs for alone time ( I can be quite quiet myself if not engaged in a social situation ) ⠀ I have my own bedroom furniture sorted and can bring along fun things with me such as Games Consoles, Board Games, 3D Printer, TV, etc. I do have a car so I'll need to find somewhere with at least on street parking. If you're into bicycle riding I could bring mine. Same goes with Tennis. I will also be bringing a desktop computer with me ( Desk optional ) ⠀ A bit more about me would be that I'm 23, recently single from a long relationship ( Going to be spending some time on myself for quite awhile ) I don't have any pets ( I don't mind pets as long as they are well trained and looked after ) Don't have any children ( prefer not to live with any ) Happy to live with either Males or Females.
Note: My Admission process is still going on. Once my date of moving to Sydney is fixed, I might be able to fix the inspection date as well. Thank you for your patience. Hi. I will start my PhD at Macquarie university from February/March. So I will arrive in Sydney around end of February or the beginning of March, 2019. I would like to have my own room and own bathroom. I can share other parts of the house e.g. kitchen , living room etc with my house/flat mates. However, I would like privacy for my studies and hobbies. I will need a living place which is near to the Macquarie University. I am also okay with places which are near to the public transport facilities. About me : I am a friendly person but keep to myself most of the times. I like and prefer privacy. But I also like to enjoy a party every now and then. I am very particular about cleanliness and prefer a room which is easy to clean even in busy days of the week. I like trekking, hiking and traveling. I love eating good and healthy food. I am learning to cook, so I do a lot of cooking experiments when I am at home. Some of them are successful. :) I am also fond of gardens. I would like a place where I can grow a small garden. Do you already have a garden? This will definitely be an added bonus to the search for my room. Apart from all these, I love reading. So, I would definitely love to share a house with people who also like reading and can discuss about the books they read about. P.S. Please note that if the rent per week is approaching to AUD 300, I would definitely prefer and expect my own bathroom. Thank you. :) Hope to see some of you soon! Let's see how it goes. I would contact some of you later in this month(Feb) or in March for the availability of a private room in a house share and see if I can inspect the place once I arrive in Sydney. Thank you, Sidneysiders! :)
Hi there! I'm moving to Sydney from the Gold Coast to study a Bachelor of Business. I'm easy going, super friendly, love some banter, am borderline addicted to going out to eat and will almost always pat every dog I meet. I'm also a vegetarian and a non-smoker but am not concerned about whether the household is either. I've had plenty of experience with share houses so I understand the importance of being clean, tidy, and respectful of people's privacy. Although I'm studying full time I do intend on also working part-time on the weekends as well. My goal move date is around 17th of February but I intend on being down for a viewing the week or so prior. Anything else you need to know, feel free to ask, I look forward to hearing from you! :)
Looking for a place to stay as I am moving from Newcastle to Sydney to start a full time traineeship as an IT analyst. Looking to room with people that are chilled out and down to earth and don't mind a few drinks on a weekend. I'm clean and tidy and am really easy to get along with as long as the people I live with have respect for everyone in the house. Got some couches and my own bed too so I don't need a furnished room.
