Hello!
I'm a 35 yo HS teacher, ideally looking in the Hills area - lived my whole life in Sydney (boring I know), and have lived in a lot of areas - northern subs, eastern subs, grew up near Parra - but the Hills area suits me best for my lifestyle at the moment
I've also lived with all kinds of people - young, middle aged, straight, less straight, couples, single men, single women - so I'd like to think I get along with most people. My flatmate philosophy is similar to most - just respect where you live :)
I've been on leases before and may just end up on one again, but will be ready to move in Jan - flexible move date - and just seeing if there are options out there that might be a good fit - or anyone keen on teaming up :)
About me: I try to stay out of the house as much as possible as I'm fairly extroverted - but always happy to share stories (I'll have a lot from work lol). Mostly I really just try to make time for friends, family, hobbies, etc, hence I may not be home too much of the time
