Hi, I’m a student at Monash University. I’m looking for a clean and quiet place near Clayton/Monash. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I usually spend most of my time studying, so I prefer a peaceful home environment.
I always clean up after myself and respect other flatmates’ privacy and schedules. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. I’m looking for a furnished room if possible, preferably with bills included. Ensuite would be great, but I’m also flexible depending on the place and price.
My budget is around $400–420 per week. I’m hoping to move around early February 2027, but I’m currently just looking for suitable options in advance.
