Hi there! I'm looking for a granny flat or small studio, something self contained for myself and my two small indoor only cats.
I live a quiet lifestyle, I love to cook and would love to start a little herb and vegetable garden.
I'm on disability pension (its not a huge income, but at least its reliable) and I have been approved to return to work part time once I'm settled somewhere. I have rented long term all my life and am a reliable and respectful tenant.
I am flexible to go anywhere in SEQ (unfortunately I couldn't select multiple regions). My 20yo son has just moved out so I have a lot more flexibility now.
