I’ll be working full-time in healthcare in the Beachmere area while also studying, so I really value a calm and tidy environment. I’m friendly and sociable, but I also respect personal space and privacy.

In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like walking, running, swimming, and spending time in nature. I’m a non-smoker, single, without children, and I prefer a home without pets.

I’m hoping to arrange accommodation before I arrive in Australia. I’m open to a furnished room in a shared house, studio, or granny flat with bills included, preferably with parking available.

Budget: up to around $450/week depending on the property. Bond as per standard requirements.
