I’ll be working full-time in the Beachmere area while also studying, so I’m looking for a private studio, granny flat, or self-contained unit in Beachmere, Ningi, or Sandstone Point.

I’m a non-smoker, single, with no children or pets. I’m reliable, tidy, and happy to look after the property as if it were my own.

Ideally, I’m looking for:
• A furnished studio, granny flat, or self-contained unit
• Bills included (preferred)
• Parking available
• Budget: up to around $450 per week, depending on the property
• Happy to pay the standard bond
• Looking for a long-term rental if it’s a good fit

I’m hoping to arrange accommodation before I arrive in Australia.
