- close by to public transpo, easy access to buses to Macquarie Uni as I do not drive.
- non-negotiable: private or ensuite bathroom
- thick walls in the house. bedrooms not right beside each other as much as possible.
- reasonably flexible with noise (I play the acoustic guitar and am often on the phone, but am very respectful and super easy to communicate with!).
