I don’t have any children or a partner, so I dedicate most of my time to my studies and future career path.

I’m very quiet, respectful of others around me, and always open and honest. I’m not a drinker and don’t live a party lifestyle, when I do go out it’s usually for simple things like brunch or catching up with people.

I also have an indoor female cat around 5–6 months old who is desexed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

I previously worked as a bond cleaner in Queensland, so I’m very neat and tidy and take a lot of pride in keeping where I live clean and well looked after.

Rent is always paid in advanced, and/or on time.
