Hi everyone!
My name is Apolline, I’m a 21-year-old French student (turning 22 this summer 😊), and I’m currently in my 4th year of medical school in Paris. I’ll be coming to Sydney for my studies this summer. I’ll be working at RPA Hospital, and I’m currently looking for a nice place to stay from July 5th to August 31st.
I’m very easy to live with, positive, and respectful of others’ space. I like to keep a good balance between social time and quiet time. I’m quite active and hate being bored, so I enjoy doing lots of activities! I love running (my biggest dream would be to get a bib for the Sydney Marathon!), being outdoors, exploring new places, and travelling with my backpack 🏃♀️
I’m really excited to spend the summer in Australia and would love to meet new people, so I’m hoping to find a friendly and social share house where I can feel at home.
I’m sociable but not into partying every day. I can be a bit shy at first, but once I feel comfortable, I’m very enthusiastic and easy-going! I also enjoy writing, reading, listening to music, and watching movies while crocheting (I always have a project going on 😊).
As I’m studying medicine, I may need to revise sometimes after my days at the hospital, but I also want this summer to be full of new experiences (like learning how to surf!!).
If you think you might have a place for me in your house (a private room or even a shared room is totally fine), I would love to hear from you!
I’m really looking forward to coming to Sydney, but I have to admit it’s a bit scary to move to the other side of the world alone — so having a place arranged in advance would mean a lot to me.
My budget is around 300 AUD per week max.
