I owned four restaurants, which I sold a few years ago. After that, I lived in Quebec and managed two restaurants and two hotels (while also working as a chef cook and pastry chef).
I've been traveling and working in Australia for almost a year now, living in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. I'd like to settle on Perth at least until winter 2027.

I'm a friendly very organized and tidy person , really quiet. I don't smoke, I don't take drugs.

I'm looking for a clean, bright place (a nice functional kitchen is a plus).
