Daniel and Jiwon

Hi there! We are Daniel and Jiwon.

We are a 27-year-old married couple from South Korea, arriving in Perth on June 22nd on Working Holiday visas. We have our temporary accommodation secured upon arrival and are looking for a comfortable Ensuite room (Master room) to move in around July 4th for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility to extend.

While we will be actively job hunting upon arrival, we have sufficient savings to pay the bond and rent upfront without any issues. Jiwon has 8 years of professional experience as a baker in Korea and is aiming for an employer-sponsored PR visa (186 DE). I will be working in the construction industry and joining her PR application as a spouse. We are very goal-oriented and focused on building our careers and a stable life in Australia.

We are strictly non-smokers, only drink occasionally (very light drinkers), and have no pets. Although this is our first time in an Australian share house, we have years of experience living independently and managing our own marital home back in Korea. We are highly self-sufficient, responsible, and know exactly how to maintain a clean, organized, and tidy living space. We are quiet and deeply respectful of others' privacy and house rules.

In our free time, we love going for walks and exercising to stay active and healthy.
