I have been renting for 9 years, I have always paid rent on time, never failed a rent inspection etc. I am a considerate, easy going and quiet housemate comfortable with being housemates with a wide variety of people.
My maximum budget is $320/week but would prefer to be under this budget. Ideally I would love a room I could fit a bed, desk and dresser in, as well as some storage space for some misc furniture.
