Hi! My name is Julia, I’m a Brazilian student currently living on the Gold Coast. I’m a friendly, respectful and easygoing person who values a clean, peaceful and positive home environment.

At the moment I’m studying English and working part-time. I have experience living in shared houses, so I understand the importance of respecting personal space, keeping common areas tidy and having good communication with housemates.

I enjoy a balanced lifestyle, spending time outdoors, going to the beach, listening to music and meeting new people, but I also appreciate a calm and comfortable home. I’m responsible with rent and household duties, and I’m looking for a place where everyone feels comfortable and respected.
