Hi! I am a 42-year-old PhD student in Information Science from Brazil, relocating to Perth for 6 months to conduct my research at Curtin University. I am seeking a medium-term space, ideally a homestay or a room in a shared house. I am arriving in Perth on September 21st.

I am really excited to explore the city, get to know Perth, and enjoy everything it has to offer!

I am looking for a comfortable home with a respectful and friendly atmosphere, so bonus points if we share some interests! In my free time, I enjoy:

Outdoor walks, running (just a little!) and exploring the city

Practicing yoga and pilates

Cooking and trying new recipes

Watching movies (especially thrillers and horror!)

I am a non-smoker with no pets. I am super tidy, organized, and clean, so I am looking for housemates or a host family with a similar mindset when it comes to keeping common areas well-maintained. At the same time, I deeply respect personal space for studying and relaxation.

Ideally looking for a location with convenient public transport access to Curtin University.
