Hi, I'm Tim, 21 from Bavaria, Germany. I'm currently living in Bunk Hostel Fortitude Valley and looking for a quiet, tidy share house in Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Bowen Hills, or New Farm from early August.
I work full-time as a Purchasing Officer at Mater Hospital in Newstead (through Staff Australia). I'm on a Working Holiday Visa valid until May 2027, so I'm looking for a long-term arrangement of at least 6 months.
About my day-to-day: I work Monday to Friday standard hours, so I'm out during the day and home in the evenings.
Weekends I sometimes spend with friends or just relax at home. I go to the gym regularly and enjoy quiet time reading or watching series.
I'm a non-smoker, no pets, respectful of shared spaces, and easy-going. Happy to contribute to a good vibe with clean, considerate flatmates aged roughly 20 to 35.
