I study Law (Online) and I work for two companies (Online) - WFH

No fury pets here - only green froggies! (In their own enclosures) *Note random loud croaking*. Many house plants to contribute to decorations! My additional hobbies when I'm not studying includes playing Magic: the Gathering, crafts/tinkering, shopping, hanging out with friends.

I am super nervous about moving out and finding my own place again, it's been a few years!
I'm social and bubbly and love yapping, when I come out of my shell of course. I'm tidy and prefer hygienic and calm environments, looking for mutual respect for spaces and also strong communication - no eggshells ! Additionally, I have a respectful partner who may occassionally visit for a date night out or two.

I'm looking for a spacious room for myself (and frogs) with a separate or own bathroom, no sharing preferred. My budget is flexible around 350pcw.
