My name is Sue. I am a Korean female currently on a Working Holiday second visa.

I work full time in the mining industry on a 2:1 roster and have a stable income.

I respect house rules and always do my best to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I am a very quiet person at home and have never smoked. I prefer a clean, safe, and peaceful living environment.

I am looking for long term accommodation and, with my regular employment, there will be no issues with paying rent and household expenses on time.

I am currently looking for a room together with my friend, who is a UWA student. We are both respectful, responsible, and easygoing housemates.
