About me: I’m clean, quiet, and very respectful of others' space. In my free time, I occasionally play video games, but I always keep the volume low (or use headphones) and never shout.
Budget & Lease: Budget is not an issue for the right place. I'd like to start with a 6-month lease, and if everything goes well and it feels like a good fit, I will definitely look to renew and stay long-term.
Living Preferences: I am currently single, so there won’t be any guests disturbing you anytime soon. Just to be fully transparent for the future: if I get into a relationship later on, my girlfriend might occasionally visit during the day, but there will strictly be no overnight stays, and we will always respect your privacy.
