I’m currently based in Hobart and looking to relocate to Perth for work in sport/cricket. I work full-time in high-performance cricket coaching, so my routine is pretty structured.

I own my own home in Hobart, so I understand the importance of looking after a property properly. I’m house-proud, extremely tidy, reliable with rent/bills, and not looking for a party house. I’m after a calm, clean modern place that feels like a proper home.

I’d be relocating with my dog, Biscuit, a 6-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback. He is house-trained, well cared for, doesn’t dig, doesn’t jump fences, and spends most of his day sleeping. A secure yard or suitable outdoor area would be important.

Ideally I’m looking for a self-contained or semi-private setup, such as a granny flat, studio, separate downstairs area, or a quiet house share with clear boundaries. I have a D-Max ute, so off-street parking would also be ideal.
