I am considerate, kind, but super focused on project goals. Working on Goal 2 Zero Hunger! So no haters please its hurts my psyche.

I am keen on low cost eco solutions, balcony/deck gardens, wireless earbuds, occasional shared relational meals at a healthy local cafe, reading, books, recycling, bukashi bins, community gardens, civic events; participation. If you love water polluting toxic chemicals we probably won't fit.

Currently study werking from home, pretty focused, occasionally at University, or in the community, or on the road away heading home to sydney.

Born in Australia, raised in the EU, I love travelling, ocean pools, beach walks, city buses, community cinema's, health and wellness, reading, listening/singing to music. I don't smoke, drink ect , or judge those who do, that's important nd keen to live with people with the same lifestyle choices.

I love chilling out, sleeping, meditating; and relaxing at home. Sacred space energy vibes, no drama's.

Keen on a rental that's up to spec with a smart meter and can provide the upcoming 3 hours of free power solar spilling that started this month in July from 12 - 3 pm. Who doesn't love cost of living discounts?

A 'pay as you go' battery is high on my shopping list through the Councils Solar Neighbourhoods Program.
I like upfront boundaries/cleaning commitments. But nothing too micro managy, or pedantic.

Super keen on fresh air and open plan living easy to clean spaces.

I have a few household items to help set up a new home for a Team up, and I have found a few suitable rentals that would make great homes to share that have plenty of spaces in between & enough toilets to make it habitable.

I have 3 boxes of books, a light wire frame bookcase, an energy/water efficient washing machine, storage shelves, kitchen items, solar lights, a carpet cleaning machine, drying racks, a white board, random eco cleaning stuff/tools ect, washable rugs and a desk.

A room large enough for a desk would be ideal. I really value quiet and alone time to recharge.

Space for books; a wireframe book case in a common area, some storage for unused extra's that don't fit with the house vibes until they can find a new home.

I know the local landscapes; I am pretty resourceful at finding needed household upcycled items in the local community. eg The Share Shop Muloobinba Newcastle

For team ups thinking bean bags; adaptable outdoor/indoor furniture for low maintenance life. All ages,, globals definately welcome.
