I love sharing with others, I am prosocial, love homey family vibes, paying bills in advance, having an organised, secure but relaxed/clean living/healthy and chilled home. I am considerate, kind, but super focused on my project aims.
I am keen on low cost eco solutions, balcony/deck gardens, wireless earbuds, occasional shared relational meals at a healthy local cafe, reading, books, recycling, bukashi bins, community gardens, civic events and participation.
Mostly currently study werking from home, pretty focused, occasionally at University, or in the community, or travelling away.
Working on a food security 'for everyone' start up so local co working spaces are high on my list and PT S/WFH. Focused on Goal 2.
Born in Australia, raised in the EU, I love travelling, ocean pools, beach walks, city buses, community cinema's, health and wellness, reading, listening/singing to music.
I love chilling out, sleeping and relaxing.
Not keen on bill shocks.
So... an outline on annual bills costs is a basic requirement.
Keen on a rental that's up to spec with a smart meter
The NMI (National Metering Identifier) on the bill gives an outline of the annual costs. (Energy Made Easy)I recently attended a workshop with council so I know all the latest climate emergency transition knowledge, skills and solutions. I am super keen on solar punking.
A pay as you go battery is high on my shopping list through the councils new Solar Neighbourhoods program.

Free energy for later use is exciting!
Diverse energy systems are a win!
Pretty keen to try out pay as you go, Splitwise, or other house share organising apps for house chores, bills and shopping needs.
I like upfront boundaries/cleaning commitments. Nothing too crazy...
Super keen on fresh air!
I have a few household items to help set up a new home for a Team up, and I have found a few suitable rentals that would make great homes to share that have plenty of spaces in between and enough toilets to make it habitable.
I have 3 boxes of books, a light wire frame bookcase, an energy/water efficient washing machine, storage shelves, kitchen items, solar lights, a carpet cleaner, a white board, random cleaning stuff, washable rugs and a desk.
A room large enough for a desk would be ideal.
Space for my books and wireframe book case in a common area, and some storage for unused extra's that don't fit with the house vibes.
I know the local landscapes and I am am pretty resourceful at finding needed household upcycled items in the local community.
For team ups thinking bean bags and adaptable outdoor/indoor furniture for low maintenance furniture. All ages, and globals welcome.
Currently living in a great studio. The building is being sold. I didn't really connect with the local area. Keen to live near the city, beach and city campus again.
I would prefer to live with women, but also pretty flexible....it's about the vibes. I am good with couples.
Looking for 12 months, or longer ✅
Something stable
Keen to connect for a few matcha's/zooms before to see if it's a good match!
Not in a hurry. Prefer to get the right fit!
Parking isn't needed, but convenient public transport access is a necessity.
I come with my own pop instant organic garden set up so some outdoor deck space/courtyard, balcony space is needed...planting winter seeds this week.
