I am an international student from Shanghai, China, pursuing my Bachelor of Business degree at Monash University Caulfield Campus, and I’m seeking a long-term room rental.

I am quiet, tidy and easy to get along with. I always keep my personal room clean, respect housemates’ rest time and never hold noisy parties. I will pay rent and all utility bills fully and on time every week. In my spare time, I like maybe just go to the supermarkets and casual walks around the neighborhood.

I strictly follow all house rules, take care of shared facilities and am happy to split cleaning chores fairly. I’m looking forward to living peacefully with friendly flatmates from all backgrounds.
