Hi! I'm a Monash biomed graduate taking a year off to work on my tutoring business. Clean and friendly and looking for a chill place with 1-2 housemates. I generally keep to myself and respect personal space, but would also down for a chat with my flatmates :)
Dear friends, My name is Emily and I am looking for a double/en-suite to rent in Melbourne - South Yarra, Armadale, Caufield, Glen Huntly, Toorak and Malvern area. I do not mind other options along the Frankson line if the offer is good. The best moving date is after my arrival - 24/09/2018. However, I am willing to accept an earlier moving in date. Here are some information about myself: + I'm 24 and I am going to be a student at Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne so I definitely love foods, especially my soft spot is coffee, wine and whisky. + I like fitness, gym, cycling, outdoor activities. In my freetime, I enjoy going to visit galleries, markets and books. + I've lived in the UK for the past 7 years to complete A-Levels in England and a Bachelor at University of Glasgow (Scotland). + During the student time, I shared a lovely white Scandinavian flat with 2 other flatmates which one of them owned the property. We loved it there so we took responsibilities to make it home and arrange the weekly cleaning to keep it at its best. + Beside, I used to work for TEDxUniversityofGlasgow (TED talks), so you are preparing to have a flatmate who appreciates great conversations and good company (even just for netflix) and at the same time respects the personal space
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
Hello!, My name is Roberto, I'm a student at Monash Caulfield, arrived to Melbourne from Mexico 6 months ago to study a Master of Business, I'd found Australia a really nice place to live and I'm planning to stay here for long. Currently I'm living in Carnegie abut I'm looking to move closer to city but still not far away from Caulfield (i.e. South Yarra, Armadale, Toorak, Malvern, St Kilda East).. Had great references from my landlord and friends, I'm very easy to live with so anything you would like to know just ask..

ABOUT ME I'm 26 years old and work full time as a Social Worker with DHHS. This generally keeps me pretty busy during the week and I prefer quiet evenings on week days as a result. P.s. - I come with Nextflix and a yearly Costco membership. MY PARTNER My partner, Hashan, is 25 and works full time as a mechanical engineer. He's generally up for a good chat after work but can appreciate alone time as well. AS A PAIR My partner and I are pretty social people and enjoy a good chat or regular catch ups with family and friends - we tend to keep this away from home but for an occasional BBQ or dinner and drinks. We are both respectful of personal space and we don't argue. We like having straightforward conversations and working things out for the best of everyone (collaboration is key!) As we both work full time, our weekends are generally spend out with my dogs or doing other life stuff... Or sleeping in... We both enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places (you will most likely be invited to join in!) and are an active, healthy eating kind of couple (I like to bake sweet things and brownies occasionally though). Both our families live in Melbourne and we generally go to family events 2 or 3 times a month. THE DOGS I have 2 dogs - Vespa and Nox - both girls. They are both purebred boxers whom I compete regularly with in dog sports. Both dogs are fully house and crate trained and they don't bark unless there is need (or, occasionally, when they play). Vespa and Nox are very affectionate, friendly and enjoy the company of people. Nox loves playing fetch with a frisbee and Vespa would play tug-o-war all day if she could! Both girls also love a good cuddle and will happily Netflix and chill all day. Vespa and Nox generally spend their days in the yard, but I tend to have them inside with me when I'm home. They are walked/trained for 30mins every morning and on weekends my partner and I like to take them on adventures.
Hi I’m Lisa, I’m 24 years old and just moved over from the UK, so looking to meet some new people. I’ll be beginning a full time job on 15th October in Mulgrave. I’m an easy going relaxed person who Enjoys socialising but can enjoy some ‘me’ time now and again. Mainly enjoy playing tennis, watching movies, cooking and having a good chat over a pint. Looking for 6 months +
Hi guys, I'm looking for an easy-going place to live with some cool people! I'm super easy going, quiet through the week (I'm usually in bed pretty early like a nanna haha), I enjoy relaxing with a Netflix binge (crime docos, ridiculous reality TV shows and anything funny). I'm at uni full time during the week (studying attention/perception kinda stuff). Most weekends I'm out trying new food/places. Oh, and every fortnight I'm out of town too, so I'm really not home that often :) I'm flexible on moving dates but am preferably looking to move at the end of October. Let me know if I sound like I'd be a good fit :) Cheers!
Hi everyone , I'm looking for a place to call home for at least the next 6 months if not longer! I'm 21, I love make up, a quiet night in or a night out but I’m often working or studying. I am a very relaxed tidy person who is social likes to have people overbut also loves some down time relaxing or watching a movie. I do have a car so I would need some sort of parking. I'm happy to share or cook my own food would love to sit down catch up and have a meal with each other ever now and again. I also loving going out for brunch, lunch or dinner and exploring what Melbourne has to offer. I have a job at a nightclub on Saturday nights and Maccas in the cafe a few mornings a week. Please no cats (I'm allergic) but I'm fine dogs and love them! I am looking for a private room something that is close to public transport as I travel into the city for uni. I have a queen bed and a desk. Message me if you have something that will suit, would love to come and have a look at your available room and meet you! 😊
I’m Caleb, I work as a lecturer (as an Egyptologist) and also have a second job with Apple. I have a flexible and varied lifestyle, super organised because of that, and as a result I’m quite dedicated and committed. I keep active, and like to cook a lot because of that (especially with music on). I’m out going, well travelled and educated, so respect privacy but also can chat about a myriad of topics. I’m easy going and don’t mind a good drink (red especially).
We're a quite couple who do alot of gaming so we don't have crazy parties or make alot of noise. We're quite clean and keep to ourselves more often than not.
Hi I am studying Master's program at Monash University and am a very tidy person, down-to-earth, friendly and spontaneous person. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I would like to live in a quiet, clean and somewhere fun to live(bills included) with easy going housemates and with no pets preferably. I am also open for teaming up with you and look or move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates and can consider short term as well.

Hey guys, my name is Erin and I am looking for a new place to call home. I’m a country girl who made the move to the city. I've been renting for 6 years now so i'm well experienced with living with others and respecting others space. I am a very clean person and I like to keep a tidy living space so I'm hoping to find others on the same page. I'm friendly and easy going, I keep to myself most of the time but I do enjoy having a cheeky wine and watching the bachie :') I'm more so interested in teaming up with people to find a house rather than an apartment but I'm open to either. If there's any like minded gals or guys out there reading this, please message me if you want to know more :)
I work full time in Brighton and live in Mornington currently. I am 26 and work in real estate Monday to Friday. I am looking for something closer to work. I have a cat. He is fixed and very low key. Keeps to himself a lot of the time. I am very neat and will always be respectful and clean. I’m not a big party person but enjoy the occasional night out and I sometimes have a few drinks after work on a Friday but nothing over the top. I like going to the gym and doing yoga
Hi! I’m Laura, a 29 year old interior designer looking for a new home for myself and my fur-baby. Ideally looking for an apartment/house with one other housemate, not fussed whether male/female. I’m social and would be happy to hang out during the week, but also value my own alone time and respect that of others. I’m home probably half the nights during the week and spend others out with friends. I’m laidback, love to cook and keep fairly relaxed when I’m not at work. I have some furniture and appliances (fridge, washing machine) but can also happily store these if need be. I’d love to team up and create a home with someone or move in with someone in an existing house. My 9 year old cat Getty is very low maintenance and loves a cuddle once she gets to know you, but mostly just eats and sleeps a lot in her own space.
My name is El, I'm 21 from South England. I've lived in a hostel for about 6 months now in Melbourne and I think its about time I moved into a house! I would definitely prefer to live in a house as opposed to an apartment particularly in the St Kilda/Balaclava/Caulfield area just as I work full time in St Kilda! I usually start work at 10/11am until 7pm Mon-Fri. I'm a super down to earth roommate, like a laugh and not too serious! I love a party and going out for drinks but with that in mind I'm respectful and tidy; I promise to clean my dishes and not leave the milk out. I'd consider myself trustworthy and friendly! Ideally looking to move into a bubbly and sociable household with other backpackers and make a few new pals!
Hi! My name is Maurice and I am looking for a place to move into. A little about myself, I work in technology and enjoy soccer, video games and just getting to know people/learning about peoples life experiences. I'm pretty clean when it comes to living situations and I can always pay rent and bills on time.
New to Melbourne for work starting September (work out doors on sports fields), love sport (will be in Geelong most weekends during the summer playing cricket) and the music scene. Enjoy being social at home but relatively quiet during the week. I like to keep active and also a bit of a leftie when it comes to a debate. Looking for a place as soon as possible preferably furnished and includes bills/internet.
