Im pretty easy going and down to earth, very work and study orientated. I come from New Zealand and moved out of home when I moved here just after I turned 16 and have been flatting/boarding ever since. I know I'm abit young but I'm desperately in need for a new place to live as I have to move out of the current house I'm in by March. Im very into music and I play guitar, sing and dance. Im also transgender just thought I'd put that out there because I know some people may have a problem with that. I'm very tidy and clean and have no problems with helping out with stuff (cooking, cleaning etc) I'm also about to study exercise and sports science full time at uni and I work part time at grilld (usually nights). I love the beach and anything to do with water and I tend to stick to myself but can also be very social
Hi I'm mehrdad and I'm 26 years old. I am currently a full time student of masters of teaching in Monash university. I love pineapple and music. Deep house and techno are my favourites. I value privacy, honesty, friendship and respect. I am clean, organised, social, positive, happy, badass and fun. Through the year I'm mostly busy with the uni, placement and assignments and in my free time I enjoy going out and socialising with my amazing friends, playing Xbox or engaging with music on decks. Haven't been to the gym in a while but would be so happy to find someone who kicks my ass to the gym.
Hello, We are a French couple looking for a room in a flatshare or houseshare in the southern suburbs of Melbourne. Yoan'll be teaching French as a language assistant in Monash and Eva is currently working part time. We're easy-going and we have both shared accomodations with others before. We love arts in general and having a good chat. Yoan is a smoker but he is housetrained. Let us know if you're interested. :)
Hey guys :)! A friend and I are both students at Monash Clayton and are looking for two rooms to stay until December. I study Arts (english and philosophy major) and Leo studies environmental science and history. We're both sociable but respectful, quiet at home, tidy and easy going. Hobbies include reading, poetry, gaming and outdoor adventures. I also work part time at a call centre (over 2 years) and plan to start my masters in high school teaching in 2018 =).
Hi, My name is Vicky, a 25 year old Belgian who's currently on her 2nd working holiday Visa. I am social, friendly, tidy and like to have a laugh. Recently I started working as an Inclusion support worker in a childcare in Malvern. (Until the 12th of April) Looking for a private room in a flat or house with social people who like to have a chat and a drink once and a while, but are considerate with others who need to work in the morning. I need a place close to Public transport, so I can get to work. Let me know if you think you know the perfect place for me! Cheers.

I am kind of international as you can see :) I am currently studying at the University of Venice and I am coming to Melbourne the 9th of February to finish my master studies in Business Administration at Monash University.
Hello! My name's Liz and I'm friendly and laid back. I like to get on well with people but also enjoy my own space, and respect other people's privacy. For the past year I've been living in Japan teaching and now I'm moving from Osaka (but I'm originally from Sydney) to Melbourne to do my Masters of Teaching. I'm looking for somewhere relaxed, chill and homely to stay next year from mid Feb. I'll be working part time and studying full time. Before living in Japan, I lived in a share house in Waterloo (near Surry Hills) in Sydney and clean up after myself and don't make too much noise. If this would suit your household, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
I am a tertiary educated professional looking for a friendly, calm and mature-aged share house. My interests include computers, music, world news and a healthy lifestyle. I value privacy and respect the rights of others. I am looking for somone to share with who cares about social justice, the arts and environment.
Hi! My name is Mia, I'm 24 years old, looking to move out of home for the first time. I am tidy, friendly and respectful. I don't party hard, but I am sociable and always happy for a chat or a glass of wine. I'm studying psychology and a cert IV in Mental Health, I volunteer at a telephone crisis line for women, and I work 4-5 shifts a week at a part-time hospitality job. When I'm not working I love to write, read, watch movies, visit museums/art galleries, and hiking/going to the beach. I also love to travel, if only I had more money for it! :'( If you are LGBT+ friendly, smoke-free, and looking for a female housemate in the areas of Hawthorn, Toorak, South Yarra, Richmond etc., then I would love to get to know you! (Move out date negotiable).
I'm really respectful, clean and tidy and I do respect privacy. I had been working as an aupair in Sydney for 6 months so I do not mind cleaning or cooking for my flatmates. I am a really outgoing and openminded person: I like to socialize, have fun, go out for a drink or for a live concert. I love any field of art and I am always excited for organizing trips during the weekend. Although I am still focused on studying, I really want to take the chance to explore Melbourne. I would like to personally see the place before paying deposit. I'll be in Melbourne from the 11th so we can arrange an inspection.
Hey funky souls! I am Alannah and I am a student at Deakin University in Burwood, originally from South Gippsland, studying my first year of Psychology. I'm looking for accommodation around the areas listed. I loooove having gaming tournaments (esp. N64 oml), board game nights, feasts, rock climbing, and petting any doggo or floofer that lives. 🐈🐕 I am super passionate about the N64, environment, the N64, food, exercise, veganism (but no hate towards people who aren't it's all g), and the N64. So if you can mentally prepare your stomach for some cooked up 10/10 meals and perhaps some 007 or Mario Kart tournaments that'd be ace. On a more serious note I am clean, tidy, very respective of people, their personal choices and privacy, and super chill with pretty much everything. 😁 Don't hesitate to contact me! Thank you for reading and we look forward to reading your messages! Cheers guys xx
Hi there potential housemate! My name is Venus. I'm 24 years old and I work full time. I'm looking for unfurnished room (preferably ensuite) in a house I can call home. I work as a Logistics Coordinator for a cream cheese manufacturing company, so every now and then I get to come home with free cheese...yaay! :) I work Mon-Fri, 9-5 so I'm pretty much occupied during the week. Because I'm usually very busy during the week, my weekends are very precious. This implies either sleeping in the whole weekend or just having a big one out with mates. I tend to binge watch TV shows whenever I have the time. Game of Thrones, House of Cards, Vikings, the list goes on..although I'm guessing I've lost some readers at this point. I do have a glass of wine or a bottle of beer during the week just to go with my meals :) I'm not a smoker but I don't mind living with smokers as long as it's done outside. I love dancing but not great at it, still practising though. I do know how to cook although I'm not sure whether I love it haha. With that said, I don't mind sharing a meal or two with my housemates. I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers!
Hey there! I'm a training doctor completing a research year at the Alfred Hospital, after which I will complete my final year of my studies. I also work part time in hospitality. As such, I lead a pretty busy lifestyle, but you can rest assured that I'm a very caring, organised and responsible housemate to have. :) I'd say I'm easy going and respectful. I love spending time with others, having a meal, chat and a laugh together, as well as spending time on my own. I would love to get to know my housemates - going on adventures, brunching, or just kicking back with some Netflix. :) Other than studying, I do aerial silks and hoop (as a form of dance and exercise), go to the gym, catch up with friends, explore Melbourne's best brunches and coffee, cook and sleep. I like to live a healthy lifestyle, so most of what I cook will be only good, healthy stuff. I do love to whip up a delicious cheesecake every now and then though! I'm not a party animal - especially not during the week! - but don't mind a social gathering. I am a delicate blend of outgoing and quiet. :3 I have lived out of home since 18, so I can confirm, I am trained in housemate rules. Would love someone who likes being active to go to the gym/ yoga/ be exercise-y with! Won't lie, I tend to be a morning person!
I'm an outgoing person from the Philippines who loves to travel and learn about different cultures, places, and meeting new people. I'm an incoming student at RMIT taking up my Masters degree in Communications. I'm very easy to socialize with as I'm a good listener at the same time have my own stories I can share. I'm adventurous and eager to try new things may it involve having an adrenaline rush or as mind-boggling as learning a new board game. I love pets! Even if I don't have one of my own but still adore them a lot. Looking forward to meet new flatmates who can show me around my new second home.
Hello! My name's Sam, I'm about to start my third year Arts/Science at Monash Uni, I also work part time for an IT company in the CBD. I enjoy live music and surfing. I'm clean & tidy etc. (insert good housemate qualities). Looking to join an existing house or start a new one in South Yarra/the inner east.
Hi! I'm a 19 year old woman starting a Medicine Degree at Monash Clayton campus this February. I'm moving from my home on the Gold Coast and looking for somewhere convenient and close-by to live! I have just returned from a gap year travelling Europe and working in the UK and am now more than ready to find a place where I can enjoy some quiet when I need and focus on my studies. I have no allergies and am happy to live with pets! My hobbies include painting (badly), playing music, and reading. I love travelling and am super excited to see all that Melbourne has to offer.

Looking for a peaceful place conducive to kindness/friendliness and meditation.
Hello good peeps, I am a laid back accounting/business management professional of 31years. I am local to the SE suburbs and am looking for somewhere to replace my previous awesome abode in Caulfield North. I work 9-5, like things relatively tidy and am happy to work into a whatever chores schedule is the go. Interests include economics/politics/business (boring eyy?) and also keeping fit, coffee, getting out for a few drinks on the we and a couple crappy TV shows. All up, I am looking for somewhere easy going and friendly where I can basically mostly do my thing but also have some social atmosphere at home. Cheers big ears
I'm a full-time student at RMIT City who loves a good game of soccer, or a late night chat over a few drinks. I'm working part-time at Krispy Kreme along Swanston St and doing some occasional acting and children's entertainment work on the side, so anything close to the heart of the city is ideal for me! I'm always open to chat, love meeting new people and would love to share with someone who is at least a little social like myself.
I belong to New delhi, India. I currently live in Dubai and will be doing my masters at Monash university pretty soon. Visiting Australia for the first time. I am an enthusiastic and a happy-go-lucky type of person. I fit well with others and am good at socializing. I can pretty much compromise with anything. I can also mind my own business when needed. I like tidy and clean places. I am a huge foodie and love trying new places. In love with travelling. My hobbies are basically anything that involves adventure (from a late night ice cream to a whole day of mountain trekking are all adventures for me) and I also enjoy getting to know different people from different backgrounds who like to have meaningful life talks.
A La Trobe MBA Student, enrolling in mid Feb 2017. Simple, easy-going decent dude if I have to say so myself. I'm into music and spiritualism. Pretty carefree most of the time.
Hello potential future flat-mate[s], my name's Aavon, initially from Sri Lanka and I moved to Australia a little over three months ago. Prior to that I've spent the past five years in Dubai working for the Volvo Car Company. I'm now a qualified technician and operations coordinator working in Glen Huntley. My cousins have accommodated me so far but I'm looking for the right place and people to start anew. I enjoy the outdoors, travelling, animals, rock climbing, music, impromptu dancing, reading and living in the moment. I'm neat, can cook, looking to make friends and am looking forward to something new. Cheers!
I am looking for a place around Malvern where I work as I do not have a car. My rent runs out soon and I am currently living by myself after my partner moved overseas. I am looking for a place that may be short or long term as I am not sure of what this year will bring. I love keeping fit and healthy, watching netflix, going outdoors, having a laugh, eating food etc. I am not a big drinker. I cook good food though!
Hey there! My name is Elly and I'm a friendly, down to earth, (nearly) 26 year old looking to move closer to my workplace. I work full time and enjoy being social, having a cheeky drink and chat with housemates but also respect others' own/private space and appreciate my own as well when needed. I don't smoke but don't mind if others do, love pets but won't be bringing one of my own. There's about a 99% guarantee that I'll want to bombard you at some point with photos of my adorable family dog though. I do drive so somewhere with parking would be ace (happy to obtain a council permit). Hoping to find a place with a balanced, easy going and social bunch of rad housemates! I'm organised, tidy and pay bills on time. Move date is flexible. Looking forward to meeting you!
Super neat and clean, loves music and staying with like minded people. Pubbing. Studying. Working. Cat and dog lover. I like to chill on weekends though respect other person's privacy. Prefer living in a multi cultured environment. I like to end a tired evening with a glass of beer and watching TV shows or an interesting conversation. I expect the place should be fairly neat and would love to stay with like minded people
I'm moving to melbourne for uni, doing a masters of translation. I'm friendly, tidy, easy going. Looking for a place with a secured backyard for my super friendly jack russel, Gary. I like to play netball, frisbee, and to occasionally bake. I enjoy my own company but also happy to socialise.
I am very easy to get along with, tidy after myself (and sometimes others if they need help), like to keep a clean and calm household, and keep up to date with all my bills. I love nature and travel, and a bit of photography. Also play club sports, and very much a water-boy (not waterboy) cause I love my water sports or just splashing about. I'm also happy to lend a hand if something of yours is broken (I'm quite practical) and share a meal or just chill anytime. I'm also mainly looking at being either directly in the city or somewhere along the Pakenham train line as I work out that way. Cheers.
Hi, I'm a 28 Years old Mexican international student currently looking for a single room. I work in Kew as a Cleaner Supervisor (I'm certain you wont have any cleaning problems with me) Monday - Friday and go to school 3 days a week to the CBD, for that reason I'd like a room in a place mostly with easy access to the CBD. I normally have a busy schedule some days a week between work and study, but I may have off my weekends to either chill at home or hang out with friends, I have a TV and a PS4 I am happy to share, as well as a car to do maybe a road trip, go to the beach, or even grocery shopping. and advantage point with me is that as being Mexican, I'll be able and happy to cook plenty of traditional dishes from my country, way better than the ones we can get at any restaurant here. Also due to my occupation, I have a great vacuum machine and I wont mind doing some thorough vacuuming of the house once in a while (I have some experience doing house cleaning, although I consider is important to share all activities, I know how to do them efficiently and fast. We will never have to hire any cleaning services). I hope to hear from you guys soon, and I wish also to meet my future housemates.
My name is Hayley, I'm 26 years old, and work full time in child health research in Parkville. I'm very clean and friendly and I like living in positive, peaceful homes. In my spare time, I enjoy eating out with friends, going to the gym, and photography. I like keeping things quiet during the 9-5 working week. My weekends are spent doing relaxing activities such as yoga, socialising, or going on day trips. I'm looking for a private ensuite room with a car space for around $200-230 in the inner east/south-east.
Hi, we are a couple looking for a room somewhere in or around Melbourne with great connections to the city (preferably close to trains) since we are both studying and working in and around the city. We would prefer to not pay more than 300 per week for both of us, but can be discussed. There is Frida who is 21 years old from Sweden, and Russell who is 22 from outside of Melbourne. We are a friendly and social couple who would love to be friends and hang out with the people we live with but at the same time have respect for our privacy since we will have a lot of studying to do. Other than that, we are two normal students who likes to have fun and hang out, go out once in a while and not just sit at home. If we sound like the people for you, then we'd love to hear from you! :)))
Hi, I am Thilina , an IT professional who is moving to Melbourne on 5th Feb with my family. I have three kids and they are at the age of nine(boy), three(boy) and 6months(girl) Both short and long term preferred.
I'm from Vietnam. A 20 year old Marketing student at RMIT who will finish his last year in Melbourne as an exchange student. An easy going, open minded and friendly ambivert who has a huge passion for meeting new people and setting foot in new lands. I'm also neat and enjoy fitness, swimming and the beach. Every now and then I give the dance floor my 200%.
Im a 28 year old construction worker who has just come back from traveling overseas for the last 18 months, I would like to say I'm pretty easy going and love to have a laugh. One of my best traits is always seeing the best in any situation...my cooking isn't great but i still love to try anyway.
My name is Peter and I come from Slovenia, Europe. It is a small country so you might not have heard yet about it. I am 22 years old and will be spending one semester at Monash University as exchange student. I love sports. As a flatmate, I am sociable and outgoing, but I also need some time to study and sleep in peace.
Hi! I am Akashneel Maiti, a full time international student from India, joining Monash University Caulfield campus for Master of Networks and Security in February. I am 23 years old and prefer people of the same age group. I think of myself as a calm and sociable person who respects others' private space. I do occasionally enjoy drinks and bbq in weekends. My budget is around 180$ pw and my length of stay is flexible. I am also open up to the idea of grouping up with some nice people and renting a whole apartment. I will be reaching Melbourne on 9th feb, so will like a place available from around this date. Thanks :)
I have an upright piano that comes with me. A hammock and stand to put on the verandah and I enjoy cheese, food, wine and good company. I like to experience life and make the most of every chance I get. I'm studying electrical engineering and working as a relief teacher. I can pay the bills (which is important... I once had a flatmate that could not... absolute disaster). I like animals, almost decided to be a vet (till I went on work experience). Not a big partier, but I do appreciate being around people. Would prefer not being strangers with my housemates and I'm looking for a place where I fit and is home. I spend my downtime travelling, camping and hiking with friends. I like to bake (didn't realize how much until I went on exchange to Vietnam where they have no ovens). Have just arrived back from Vietnam and need a place before end of feb. Would also really prefer an unfurnished bedroom :) Deal breakers: pot smokers, drugs and alcoholics. Probable deal breaker: smoking. Cheers Catherine
Hi, my name is Esther and i'm a 22 year old female starting work as a registered nurse at Caulfield Hospital. I'm a pretty friendly person and enjoy spending time with friends at bars, beaches, and hiking trails, though i don't get to do these things as often as i would like. I really enjoy baking, painting, sketching and music, am generally a tidy person, and very respectful of others' space and needs (especially those studying), but am always up for a good chat or night out. Looking for a social place to live, not just a room to rent. Thanks, Esther
Looking for some awesome people to live with in an apartment or house around Richmond/South Yarra/Caulfield area :) (Furnished room preferably, or at least a room with a bed) I'm a 28 yr old female who loves good food, relaxing with a wine, keeping fit, socialising on the weekend but am just as happy chilling at home. I'm moving back to Melbourne to start my PhD in visual perception/consciousness at Monash (full scholarship which is basically the same as working full time). I love trying new things and going on adventures/meeting new people :) I'm also really open minded, don't take myself too seriously and love live music and gigs. (and the usual stuff, rent/bills always paid on time; clean and respectful of others space but also very friendly)

Hey! I'm Harley. I'm a 25 year old Male currently living in South Yarra. I moved over here around 3 years ago and at that stage wanted to live near the city. Now I've been hereading a bit I'm wanting to move out further. I work full time and am a very respectful person. I'm clean and tidy without being OCD and dont throw parties. But in saying that I don't mind a couple beers now and then. I am looking for a stable house hold because I genuinely hate moving and everything that comes with it. thanks
Hi! I'm moving from India to Australia next month to study Psychology in Monash University. I'm outgoing, loud and super friendly. I'd also like to think of myself as clean and independent. Moving to another country is a huge change but I'm very excited to meet new people to live and learn with. I'm really respectful of others' privacy and I do appreciate my peace and quiet. My hobbies include reading, running and binge watching tv shows. If i sound like the kind of housemate you're looking for then feel free to contact me. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Thanks x
Hi. I'm a 29 year old primary school teacher. I studied Exercise Science in Melbourne and finished in 2009. For the last six years I have traveled and worked at Adventure Camps with kids. I have lived in Canada and England. I love being active, sociable and also relaxing. Respecting peoples things and space is important. I am currently looking for a place for myself, however in April my Canadian girlfriend (Emily) will be moving to Australia. She is a dietitian working in Uganda. We love to cook (Emily is much better than me, I am an excellent helper) and have a glass of wine/scotch. We are both very welcoming, friendly and positive people, it's important to us that any place we live feels like a home for us and everyone in it. If we are cooking flatmates/friends are always welcome to join, with no obligation. I am looking for a place with an on-suite/private bathroom. Male/Female/couples are welcome to contact me. If any of this sparks an interest feel free to shoot me a msg and we can catch up and see if it's a match. Definitely open to teaming up. Looking to move ASAP as the school term starts in less than 2 weeks.
Hello! I'm looking for a base in Melbourne as spend part of my time 1.5 hours out of the city. I work for myself - teaching yoga and am building another new tech based business, plus doing some part time studies. I have a really good renting track record and it's because my time is divided that I'm keen to share in the city rather than manage another house independently. I keep a healthy lifestyle and home is usually a quiet space for me - although I do love music... I'd do well living with like minded people with similar values and routines - healthy, conscientious folk. I'm very easy around the house and happy to keep a house flowing well, clean and tidy! I've ticked "pets" because I have a rescue dog who currently spends most of her time where I am down the coast. I'd like a place though that there'd be potential to bring her to town if I needed to. I don't expect a house where she would live f/t. Happy to answer any other qus!
Hi, I am from NSW and will be studying. I am outdoors alot and go out whenever I can so I am good with space, I have no furniture or pets so basically I am easy come and easy go. My budget is 250 per week, preferably including bills, I will pay extra for internet if available.
