About Me

Hi! I’m Robert, a German student in my early 20s, currently doing a semester abroad at the University of Sydney (USYD) while travelling on a Work & Holiday visa. I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces — coming from a background in hospitality (I’ve worked as a waiter), warehouse logistics, and office work, so I’m used to structure and punctuality.

I’m fluent in English and German, and also speak some Spanish and Russian, so I get along well with people from different backgrounds. I don’t have a job in Australia yet, but I’m actively looking, and I’m financially well set up, so rent won’t be an issue.

In my free time I like staying active with sport, but I also enjoy relaxed hangouts with friends and just chilling out.

Budget: ideally between $250–$350/week

I’m looking for a clean, friendly share house near USYD or with easy transport links, ideally with flatmates who are relaxed but also respect quiet time when needed. I don’t smoke myself, but I’m totally fine with flatmates who do, as long as it stays outside the house. Happy to hang out and cook together on weekends.
