Hey there,
I'm Ahmed Suleman, a 25-year-old civil engineer from Pakistan starting my Masters at UWA this July. I'm also a retired captain from Pakistan army corps of engineers. I've spent the last few years managing highway rehabilitation projects up in the mountains, so I'm pretty self-sufficient, used to early starts, and I don't make a mess I won't clean up.

Why I'd be good to live with:

I'm boring in the best way — my routine is gym, uni, part-time work, sleep. Not looking for a party house, but always up for a chat over coffee.

I cook most of my own meals and I'm respectful in shared kitchens — I clean as I go, don't leave dishes in the sink, and I won't touch your labelled food.

I pay rent on time, every time. No drama, no chasing.

Quiet and low-maintenance. I read a lot, work on my laptop, or I'm out at uni/library. You won't hear me at 2am.

I'm looking for somewhere from mid-July (flexible by a week or two). Happy to jump on a video call or answer any questions you've got.
