We are a group of students looking for a comfortable 3-bedroom house/apartment in Adelaide, preferably as close as possible to the University of Adelaide (North Terrace campus) or with easy access via public transport. We are looking for a fully furnished property that is clean, modern, and move-in ready, with essential amenities included.
Our preferred budget is around AUD 600–700 per week (including all bills such as electricity, water, internet, etc.). We are responsible, tidy, respectful, and easy-going tenants who value a peaceful and friendly living environment. We will take great care of the property and treat it like our own home.
We are open to nearby suburbs with convenient access to the university and would love to hear from anyone with suitable options or recommendations.
