Hi, I’m a 26-year-old male moving to the Mornington Peninsula in early August and looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

I’m a non-smoker with no pets, and I would describe myself as a tidy, respectful, and easygoing person. I like to keep shared spaces clean and organised and I’m considerate of others’ privacy and routines.

At home, I’m generally quiet and relaxed, but I also enjoy socialising when I feel comfortable with the people I live with. I’m flexible with the household vibe and happy in either a calm or balanced/social environment.

I usually eat out due to work routines but may cook simple meals at home depending on schedule. I’m comfortable with both furnished and unfurnished rooms.

I’m looking for a place within a reasonable distance of Rosebud / Dromana / McCrae area, with a maximum budget of around $200–$250 per week. Much happier if the bills are included

I’m hoping to find a respectful and relaxed household and am ready to move in from early August.
