I am looking for a place within 15 KMs of Brisbane CBD and close to public transport. I am a laidback and not too complicated person. Politically left of centre. Have a pythonesque sense of humour. Loves music from the 60s, 70s, 80s and world music (reggae, some jazz, African). Play a little guitar (a three chord strummer really) .Enjoys cycling, swimming and a quality beer or two on the weekend but I do not smoke. Follow AFL (Geelong) but otherwise not a huge sports fan. Returning to Australia for two years (after spending two and a half years in north-east Thailand as a retiree) and wish to try out Queensland (I am a Victorian native). I want to relocate early to late November. Rental budget upwards of $150 to $250 a week (including or not including utilities). I have more than sufficient funds to pay for 2 months rent upfront. Looking to stay for twelve months up to two years. I have verifiable ID and proof of previous residence. Cheers.
