Looking for a fortnight-to-fortnight stay trial basis as I am coming from a professional house sitter background, but open to longer permanent accommodation for the right fit, given the current political and economic climate.

Previously coming from and in-between FIFO Mining Heavy Machine Operater career background, I murged in to a more prefered and enjoyable career of Personal Development, Exercise Personal Training and Wellness Biohacking. This has lead me down a path of trying live-in Lyfstyle Coaching PT & Kinesiologist between FIFO given I was already living out of a suitcase and not requiring long lock in leasing contracts.

I am a now a part-time working self-employed 41-year-old man who enjoys the simplicity of living a relaxed, stress-free lifestyle at this stage of my life due to crypto investments allowing me to live comfortably. As a non-smoker with no pets or kids, I appreciate a peaceful and tidy space to unwind after a day's work. Very clean, tidy & organised. As a trained PT Life Coach I am easy going get along well with all personality types.

More recent work has been a Pet, Garden Care House Sitter as a Part-Time job alongside casual Work from Home & Live-In / Live+Out Life Coaching Kinesiology. My other Part-Time gig is a Travel to you Live-in Lifestyle / Life Coaching, Kinesiology PT & Community Services Caretaker Career.
